2. Promotion

The promotion is called “Win a Night in Paris”.

Customers who make a qualifying full-price purchase from Candles & Oud during the promotional period will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a Night in Paris experience worth £1,000.

3. Promotional Period

The promotion opens on 2 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 31 August 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility

This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees, contractors, agencies, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with Candles & Oud or the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.

Candles & Oud reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, address, and eligibility before awarding the prize.

5. How to Enter

Customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw when they purchase any full-price Candles & Oud product online or in-store during the promotional period.

No discount code, form, or separate registration is required.

Each qualifying full-price purchase counts as one entry.

Multiple qualifying full-price purchases will result in multiple entries.

Purchases made using discount codes, sale prices, promotional offers, staff discounts, gift cards, loyalty rewards, or any other reduced-price mechanic are not eligible for entry.

6. Qualifying Purchases

A qualifying purchase must be made at the normal full price of the product.

The price of Candles & Oud products has not been increased for the purpose of this promotion.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, declined, fraudulent, or reversed before the draw takes place will not qualify for entry.

7. Prize

There is one prize available.

The winner will receive a Night in Paris experience worth £1,000, which may be used towards hotel, travel, and spending.

The prize value is capped at £1,000.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.

Candles & Oud reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid qualifying entries received during the promotional period.

The draw will take place after 31 August 2026.

The winner will be contacted by email using the details provided at checkout.

9. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond within 3 days of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Candles & Oud reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all valid qualifying entries.

10. Travel Conditions

The prize must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

The winner is responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, travel documents, visas, travel insurance, and any other requirements needed for travel.

Candles & Oud is not responsible for any additional costs beyond the stated prize value of £1,000.

Any costs above £1,000, including upgrades, additional nights, meals, transfers, insurance, travel documents, or personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

11. Data Protection

Personal data will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion, contacting the winner, verifying eligibility, and fulfilling the prize.

By entering the promotion through a qualifying purchase, entrants agree that Candles & Oud may contact them in relation to the prize draw.

Candles & Oud may publish the winner’s name and county where required by promotional marketing rules, unless the winner objects or requests reduced disclosure.

Candles & Oud will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received due to technical issues, system failures, payment issues, or any other reason outside its reasonable control.
