We are looking for strong result-driven retail experiences Fragrance Retail Sales Manager. the successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales targets and profitability goals and work in a team effectively.

The right candidate will be a great conversationalist, assertive, confident, and approachable.

Can show evidence of strong planning and organizational skills, as well as good personnel management with strong forward planning and implantation of new processes. All whilst leading by example, with a hands-on attitude.

We are seeking a strong result-driven experienced Office Based Part-Time PR Executive. 

The successful candidate will have a content creating / journalism background, will report to the CEO and will strive for excellence in what they do and assist the Sales team with planning & executing PR & Marketing campaigns.

The candidate will be extremely optimistic, super creative, focussed, confident, and open minded, can demonstrate evidence of excellent planning / forecasting skills and will constantly in search for Low cost or FREE PR & Marketing opportunities both in Print and Digital Media.

In a nutshell we want to recruit someone who can take ownership of the PR activities as well as Marketing and have an understanding of every angles of the division.

- Constantly and continuously seek Low Cost or FREE PR/Marketing opportunities in line with Candles & Oud Brand Guide and Creative Direction.

The successful candidate will report to the Head Of Finance and ensure all records are kept up to date using Xero software.

The candidate will be geeky, focussed, confident, and open minded, can demonstrate evidence of excellent planning / forecasting skills and will advise the Management time to time on latest best practices for better accounting systems.

In a nutshell we want to recruit someone who can take ownership of the Weekly Bookkeeping and have an understanding of every angles of the division, be it updating companies house records or submitting quarterly VAT accounts for accountancy firm to verify.

What we want you to do;

- Manage the day to day Bookkeeping needs of Candles & Oud.

- Assist with Payroll calculations.Liaise with external agencies such as accountants, suppliers and relevant stakeholders.

- Have a strong communication with the Head of Finance.

- Propose innovative ideas to improve

- Accounting practices.

- Produce monthly P&L reports for shareholders.

Ideal Candidate will:
