Candles and Oud are on an exciting journey to become the first-choice destination retailer for, yes, you guessed it, for candles and oud.

We are a young, dynamic, and vibrant company, successfully launching our first store in Westfield, White City in 2019, closely followed by our second store in Westfield, Stratford, with more store openings in the pipeline.

We are dedicated and passionate about everything that we do. Applying meticulous attention to detail, we create and blend our own fragrances, and hand craft our own candles, adding a deep sense of pride in our range of unique products. You can appreciate why we need a team that is equally as unique and dedicated.

• You must be approachable and friendly, whilst maintaining a professional demeanour at all times
• Commitment and dedication are key, as is your standard of personal presentation, taking a sense of pride and ownership in your role
• Sales experience is essential, and you must be an effective and efficient communicator with customers – being able to overcome objections and close sales, and with your colleagues – being a team player and supportive
• You must be driven, passionate about sales and self-motivated, delivering the highest standards of service, thus ensuring the maximum level of customer satisfaction
• Managers must have a proven track record, and a hands-on approach.
• You will have exceptional leadership skills, managing and monitoring all aspects of your store to the highest standard, exceeding all KPI’s
• You will be a visionary, sharing your ideas and suggestions for increasing sales, with Senior Management
